i had no idea what to do with them when i bought a dozen at 1.48# yesterday. but i'll use this website to show me how to prepare them.

Thanks for the tip on this. My folks have artichoke plants at their house in Washington, and my mom makes sauteed baby artichokes all the time. With some garlic, butter and olive oil they are heavenly.
