the first day for this farmers' market is this coming thursday afternoon, june 4th. it's at pentzer park, 2 blocks north of 27th & holdrege. 4:30 to 7:30.since this market hasn't started yet, here's pictures of stuff i bought at the community crops stand at the old cheney market a couple weekends ago. some red-spined spinach, similarly-stemmed baby chard, and chives.
